Rachel is an actor, singer, writer, and director with decades of experience and training. Her solo theatre work explores grief, caregiving, resilience, and transformation — always with a side of comedy.

Her piece Love Labor drew on 16 years as a caregiver to her mother. Her more recent work, The Do Over, reimagined the day her mother died as a comedic romp complete with original music and stage magic, transforming grief into something audiences could laugh and heal through.

Rachel is also the founder of Love Labor Project, a non-profit supporting millennial caregivers, and has spent 16+ years using art for social change; work recognized with a 2019 Minnesota State Arts Board Artist Initiative grant.

Beyond the stage, Rachel has taught over 1,000 students, used improv to train police officers and doctors, hosted 100+ corporate events, and lent her voice to national brands and institutions, including voicing an historical character for a museum exhibit that toured the US. She holds a BA in Theatre from Macalester College and a certificate in Arts & Culture Strategy from the University of Pennsylvania.
